In person — these sessions for individuals are held at my home office in Black Rock at 56 Harbor Ave, 2nd Flr, Bridgeport, CT 06605. Typically, involve discussion of intentions and needs, human tuning, chakra cleansing, energy rebalancing and more.

Remote — these sessions are conducted via phone using your ear buds or headphones. Time is spent on discussion of intentions and needs, chakra cleansing, energy rebalancing and more.

Healing Circles
In-person, this group session is held at Women’s Wellness Yoga Room in Milford, CT and consists of intention setting, succinct human tuning, chakra cleansing, energy balancing and more.

House Clearing
In-person and onsite only, this session helps remove negative energy from structures and places. Helps guide/release beings to their next destination, removal of contracts and attachments within the home or space
